The NationFrom December 30 to January 4, the Rong Kleu Market on the border with Cambodia in Sa Kaew province will become a night market, open until midnight, said the provincial governor yesterday.
From December 30 to January 4, the Rong Kleu Market on the border with Cambodia in Sa Kaew province will become a night market, open until midnight, said the provincial governor yesterday.
After that, the market would be open until midnight every Friday and Saturday in a bid to boost Aranyaprathet's economy, said Sanit Naksuksri.
To help make the project a success, the province would promote easier availability of the sevenday border passes that enable the market's mostly Cambodian vendors to operate on the Thai side, he added.
